I would like you to know what a great job your crew did!

I was surprised to find that they had replaced the brick pavers that had to be moved to make room for the driveway.

They also did some cosmetic repairs on the face of the foundation you poured last year for me.

Jose noticed that the foundation did not look as good as it should and repaved it without me asking him to do it.

They should be commended for an outstanding job and you can be proud for the way they represented your company.

Dear Charles:

Just a brief note to share my sentiments on our recent project.

As you know, this was my first experience to build a foundation. Your team was wonderful. They were patient, supportive and knowledgeable. There were many challenges beyond working with my inexperience, such as the many mistakes in the engineer’s specifications, yet they graciously addressed the issues to a positive conclusion.

Also, I was extremely impressed with your crew’s work ethics. They worked long, hard
hours, many times in very awkward positions. Their efficiency when the concrete was
poured looked like a dance. All the while, they were very cheerful and pleasant. The
engineer was impressed with their work as were other participants in the project.

I found Brent, Jose and Jose II to be exceptional. My experience with Jose profiles him to be a very smart man. Often, men in the labor field are not credited with being intelligent. I think Jose is very intelligent as he was able to communicate with me very well and capable of “thinking ahead” of issues. All the while, he was very cordial and agreeable to work with.
